Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors in Lead/Deadwood, SD. Earn $17.00–$20.00 per hour with bi-weekly pay, set your own schedule, and enjoy a balance between work and life while helping clients live safely at home.

Responsibilities include ADLs, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Join a nationwide network focused on compassionate, client-centered home health care and growth opportunities through online training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Valid South Dakota driver’s license
• Compassionate and helping nature
• Good communicator and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
