Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience.
• Technical or trade school classes in related field.
• Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred.
• Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Replace: Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit.
• Preform: Lawn care – mowing, trimming, edging, racking – landscaping, snow removal, ice treatment.
• Be Precise: Painting, patching, and caulking building structures, room and equipment.
• Collaborate: Effectively complete work orders and enter in job notes.
• Support: Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment.
