Job summary

Delva is seeking a facilities technician to maintain and repair our manufacturing site on a Monday–Friday shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm. The role offers a competitive hourly hiring range of $18.00–$32.00, depending on experience.

You will perform general maintenance, document work in our system, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Priorities include preventive maintenance, equipment moves, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade or vocational certificate a plus.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks: basic carpentry, painting, patching, plumbing fixtures, and light electrical under supervision.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment on a regular schedule with occasional support outside normal hours
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to document completed work accurately
• Familiar with OSHA safety basics, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

Must-have:

Nice-to-have (for Level II or III candidates):

• 2 or more years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience
• Skilled troubleshooting and repair on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or compressed air equipment
• Forklift or aerial lift certification
• Experience coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
• 5 or more years of experience with the ability to mentor junior technicians and lead maintenance projects independently
