Job summary

Hilton San Francisco Financial District is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences under Aimbridge Hospitality management. You will assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and provide local insights to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities include maintaining a polished appearance, assisting at the front desk when needed, and protecting guest privacy while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm, composed and objective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and generally start every encounter with a service-first smile.
• Showcase sharp appearance, pride in uniform and name tag.
• Load, unload, and tag bags; escort guests to rooms with flair.
• Share local tips, maps, directions and assist with concierge questions.
• Safeguard keys and guest privacy while maintaining safety and service standards.
