Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for evening and overnight shifts to support all residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals and medication administration.

You will train and supervise BHT team, help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment, ensure compliance with all policies, and respond to crises under the guidance of the Lead BHT. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
