Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Concord, NH is seeking BHTs for the second shift (4pm-12am). You’ll oversee daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and ensure a warm, structured recovery environment across all activities.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred, and a minimum one-year sobriety if in recovery. Strong leadership and empathy are essential.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
