Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking BHTs for overnight shift to lead daily residential operations and support a safe, recovery-focused environment.

You will train and guide the BHT team, escalate crises when needed, and maintain client engagement while upholding all policies and procedures in a compassionate setting.

• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
