Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring BHTs for overnight shifts to help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment. You will oversee daily residential operations, train and support staff, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities

What We're Looking For
