Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center invites you to join our overnight shift team at our Prince Frederick facility. You will support medical and clinical staff with admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, and phones while fostering a warm, recovery-centered environment.

We seek individuals with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. If you are in recovery, at least one year of sobriety is required, and we value empathy, reliability, and strong

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
