Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick operates a 93-bed residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehab services. Our medical and clinical teams are on call 24/7 to respond to every need, delivering care with dignity and compassion.

We are hiring for all shifts and seek warm, empathetic staff who excel at multitasking and building trust with clients. A supportive culture includes generous benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver\'s license required.
CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety required.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc).
Engage and build rapport with clients to create a warm, accepting recovery environment.
Monitor clients and enforce Avenues policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
Record and escalate any critical communications/incidents promptly.
Fulfill administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).
