Avenues Recovery Center is hiring at Prince Frederick for all shifts. The role involves day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams, from admissions to transport, meals, medication, supervision, and phones.

• HS diploma or GED (preferred).
• Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and escalate any critical communications/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
