Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support clients and the treatment team, maintaining safety, structure, engagement, and treatment-floor momentum. This role assists with groups, exposures, homework collection, client monitoring, documentation support, and day-to-day program flow while staying within role scope and clinical direction.

You will help with group support, exposure work, and ensuring client attendance, engagement, and timely completion of tasks,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college work in psychology preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, customer service, or related setting preferred.
• Ability to work with distressed clients with professionalism and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Support clients during groups, exposures, and activities per clinical direction.
• Collect homework, scales, and attendance information accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, structured treatment-floor environment and document activities.
• Escalate concerns to clinicians or leadership as needed; follow confidentiality rules.
• Participate in training, supervision, and audits to improve skills.
