Clearview Treatment Programs in Venice, CA is seeking an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician for a full-time role. The position supports clients with daily activities and maintains a therapeutic milieu within a residential treatment setting.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to provide DBT-informed care during the overnight shift (Sunday through Thursday). A High School diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, drug and alcohol certification preferred, or willingness to complete requirements within orientation period.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to complete within the first 30 days of employment.
• Commitment to continuing education requirements for certification and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to determine and implement interventions.
• Engage clients actively during shift in group and individual settings.
• Prompt clients to complete daily activities and maintain room hygiene checks.
• Conduct basic drug screening and health-related checks as needed.
• Document services and communicate with clinical staff per policy.
