The role supports clients, maintains a therapeutic milieu, ensures safety, and collaborates with the clinical team in a residential behavioral health setting.

Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour and includes a benefits program with professional development opportunities. A valid driver’s license and compliance screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or within first 30 days.
• Commitment to continuing education requirements for certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engage clients in milieu and activities, including group settings.
• Promote hygiene, ADLs, meals, and overall structure of daily routine.
• Document services, incidents, shift notes in client records.
