Job summary

Clearview Treatment Programs in the Venice, CA area is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for full-time overnight shifts (Sunday through Thursday). The role supports clients with daily activities, maintains a therapeutic milieu, and assists clinical staff in safety and treatment delivery.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with 1+ year of experience in substance use or mental health settings. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Drug and alcohol certification preferred, or willingness to complete requirements within orientation period.
• Requires 1+ year experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine/interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu and activities throughout the shift.
• Promptly completes ADLs and maintains room hygiene checks.
• Conducts client drug screening and related checks as necessary.
• Documents services provided and maintains timely notes in client records.
