NRT | Foundry Treatment Center in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to support direct patient care in a substance use and mental health setting. This hourly, non-exempt role works overnight (8 PM–6:30 AM) and reports to the Milieu Manager.

Duties include assisting with admits, documenting notes, facilitating groups, and handling crisis de-escalation. Requirements: high school diploma, 1–3 years in behavioral health, CPR and QMAP certifications (or ability to obtain within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health required.
• CPR and QMAP certifications required, or ability to obtain within 30–60 days of hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admits and orientation per procedures.
• Document client notes in appropriate systems.
• Facilitate client group sessions and crisis de-escalation.
• Monitor medications and perform routine checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
