Job summary

Foundry Front Range in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to assist with direct patient care for clients with substance use and mental health disorders, under the Milieu Manager. The role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of behavioral health experience, CPR and QMAP certifications (or ability to obtain within 30-60 days).

CPI/CAT preferred. The position offers an 8PM–6:30AM overnight shift with benefits including health coverage, retirement, PTO, and professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health.
• CPR and QMAP certifications required, or ability to obtain within 30-60 days.
• CPI preferred; CAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist admits following orientation steps and protocols.
• Support treatment procedures and group activities.
• Coordinate with medical team on client progress.
• Document notes in appropriate systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
