Qualifications

• QMAP required, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• CPR certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admits by following all steps and protocols of orientation.
• Conduct safety checks for Residential and Detox levels of care.
• Provide activity and appointment transportation for clients.
