Job summary

Foundry Front Range (Broomfield) is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to assist with patient care within a treatment environment. The role reports to the Milieu Manager and supports groups, crisis de-escalation, and confidentiality compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in behavioral health, CPR and QMAP certifications (or obtainable soon). The position involves driving, de-escalation skills, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in substance use disorder or behavioral health required.
• CPR and QMAP certifications either held or obtainable within 30–60 days.
• CPI/CAT preferences noted as ideal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist admits by following orientation procedures and item cataloging.
• Support treatment protocols and participate in clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with clinicians to address client issues and progress.
• Document client notes in appropriate systems.
• Provide transportation for activities and appointments as needed.
• Facilitate client group sessions and mentor new staff.
