Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Behavioral Health Specialist to monitor patients overnight, engage with awake clients, complete temperature logs, and perform chart audits as part of the treatment team.

You will read and implement each client's treatment plan, provide positive cues and redirection, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment during night shifts. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; attendance bonuses apply up to $130 weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check on patients throughout the night and interact with awake clients.
• Provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team and read/implement each client’s treatment plan.
• Provide clients with positive cues, redirection, and reinforcement; perform temperature logs and chart audits.
