Tatte Bakery & Café in Boston, MA is seeking an Overnight Sanitation Team Member to help keep our bakery operations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. You’ll work the overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, supporting a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen, bakery, or restaurant setting.
• Passion for cleanliness, organization, and supporting team operations.
• Desire to learn, grow and support the bakery team wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and utensils.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine and area.
• Unload and organize dishes and utensils after washing.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Stock supplies throughout food preparation and storage areas.
• Transport supplies between storage and production areas as needed.
• Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness standards.
• Support sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
• Other related assignments as necessary.
