Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for the 3rd shift in North Andover, MA to lead overnight sanitation in a high-volume bakery manufacturing environment.

This role ensures equipment, areas and processes meet company standards, food safety programs, allergen controls, and customer expectations, coordinating with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Warehouse teams for safe startup each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
• 2–3 years sanitation or production leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP or preventive controls and allergen management.
• Able to lead hourly employees in an overnight manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to 3rd shift sanitation associates and leads.
• Assign duties and balance workload fairly.
• Coach, mentor, and support sanitation staff to complete tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of Master Sanitation Schedule tasks.
• Verify sanitation of bakery production equipment and areas.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation verifications.
• Train employees on SOPs, chemical safety, PPE, and food safety.
• Maintain sanitation records and shift handoff documentation.
