Job summary

TDP Bakery is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our Houston facility. You will sanitize equipment, processing areas, and workspaces, supporting food safety and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and GM. Shifts include Mid-Day 11:00 AM–7:00 PM or Overnight 9:00 PM–5:00 AM, with weekends/holidays and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas per procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and GMPs.
• Complete sanitation documentation and cleaning records accurately.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inspect equipment and areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or sanitation issues to supervisors.
• Support production readiness by ensuring all areas are clean for daily operations.
