Job summary

Eataly North America is looking for a Bakery Lead for the new store in Houston to oversee overnight bread production. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, be familiar with Italian recipes, and possess exceptional communication and time management skills.

As a Bakery Lead, you will manage bakery operations, train staff, and maintain health standards. The role requires lifting, standing, and working irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a baker preparation position.
• Mastery of related baking techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce bread and focaccia in accordance with Italian recipes.
• Supervise daily operations of the bakery.
• Maintain a clean food production area according to standards.
