Parfait Paris in San Diego seeks an Overnight Baker to join our commissary team. This role bakes breads and viennoiserie for all 10 Parfait Paris locations, ensuring fresh, high-quality products each morning.

Qualifications

• Experience baking breads and viennoiserie to company standards.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilités

• Proof, bake and finish croissants, pastries and breads to standards.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures and quality throughout production.
• Follow overnight production schedules to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Prepare products for dispatch to all locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe work environment.
