Job summary

Parfait Paris is seeking a Night Packer to join our overnight bakery production team in San Diego. This part-time role runs from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM and requires weekend and holiday availability, with a fixed schedule and paid training.

You will pack pastries, label products, and maintain accurate counts while keeping the packing area clean and compliant with food safety standards. The position offers a $18.50/hour base rate and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight shifts (1:00 AM-5:00 AM).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Food handling experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack pastries, desserts, viennoiseries and bakery products carefully and efficiently.
• Label and organize products for store distribution.
• Verify product counts and ensure packing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the production team with additional tasks as needed.
