Dunkin' Florida is seeking an Overnight Baker to bake and finish baked goods, executing pre-bake, bake, and post-bake processes to deliver consistent, high-quality items to customers.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work quickly with minimal direction, and a commitment to Dunkin standards. You will help keep the bakery well-stocked and prepared for production, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Bake and finish baked goods (donuts, bagels, croissants, etc.) following pre-bake, bake, and post-bake procedures.
• Ensure high-quality finished products and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain brand production standards and systems on shift.
• Arrive on time and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow crew policy and Dunkin standards.
• Meet daily production levels as determined by Kitchen Manager.
