Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to live as independently as possible and provide guidance for daily living skills.
• Advocate for individuals served and support community integration.
• Implement individualized service plans and assist with transportation, documentation, and safety.
