Open Sky Community Services seeks Awake Overnight Counselors to support adults with developmental challenges in a residential setting in Central Massachusetts. You will assist with daily living skills, safety, and transportation while advocating for residents and promoting community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized service plans.
• Provide limited personal care and direct support as needed.
• Assist with transportation and document activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the living environment.
