Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking Awake Overnight Counselors to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges, helping them live as independently as possible with guidance and personal care.

You will implement individualized service plans, assist with transportation and documentation, promote safety and well-being, and advocate for individuals as they engage in community activities and programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized service plans.
• Assist with limited personal care, including direct care duties and documentation.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness of the site.
• Assist individuals to access transportation and complete required documentation.
