Job summary

JC Automation seeks experienced Automation Support professionals for a 12-hour night shift at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Manati, Puerto Rico. Qualifications

• Hands-on automation/controls support experience.
• Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance of PLCs.
• Familiarity with cGMP and data integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair programming, vision systems, and equipment.
• Perform backups/restores of programming and configurations.
• Conduct electromechanical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Maintain preventive maintenance plans for automation systems.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues during shift.
