Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor in Nashville for overnight operations. You will reconcile nightly revenue, prepare reports, and serve as a Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty during the night shift.

You will handle PBX operations, wake-up calls, and front desk handoffs, while maintaining accuracy and a high level of guest service. Background check required.

Description

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. This position reconciles daily revenue, prepares reports, and serves as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining operational continuity between shifts.
