The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and serve as the point of contact for guest services.

This role balances cash, resets front desk systems, and acts as Manager on Duty while the property is closed. Strong numerical skills, reliability, and clear communication are essential.

Description

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. This position reconciles daily revenue, prepares reports, and serves as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining operational continuity between shifts.

How You'll Shape The Experience & Future

• Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel and company standards.
• Verify and follow up on wake-up call requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate actively in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience
