HVMG is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure precise daily financial reporting. You’ll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet overnight setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year hotel experience)
• Previous experience in a similar or related position preferred
• A combination of education and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting
• Audit guest accounts, reconcile day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management
• Assist with late check-ins and with guest check-outs
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller
• Potential for career growth into other hospitality roles
