Job summary

Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight audit activities and daily revenue reporting at our Glendale property. The role includes balancing accounts, posting charges, and handling late-night guest needs with courteous service.

The ideal candidate has front desk experience, understands balancing procedures, and can work the night shift. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of front desk hotel experience preferred.
• Basic auditing, balancing, and close-out procedures understanding.
• Ability to operate front office equipment and handle guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
• Prepare daily cash, check, and credit card activity summaries for the day.
• Post room charges, taxes, and ensure proper posting to guest folios.
• Balance daily charges and respond to guest needs and requests.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs, including wake-up calls as needed.
