Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight accounting processes and guest service duties at the property. You will generate daily revenue reports, verify transactions, and prepare final statements for the next day’s check-outs.

You may perform late-night check-ins and address guest requests as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience, with a solid grasp of auditing, balancing, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience.
• Understand basic auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.

Responsibilities

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy, and other front desk statistics.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and ensure proper posting to folios.
• Balance daily charges and prepare management summaries.
• Assist with late-night reception duties including check-ins/check-outs and guest requests.
