Job summary

Olympia Hospitality at the Sophy Hotel is hiring a Night Auditor to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional guest service overnight. You will handle reservations, check-in/out, and financial reconciliation with accuracy in guest accounts and daily reports. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, plus health, 401K, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

Knowledge of accounting principles; hospitality experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Customer service and hospitality experience valued.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check-in and check-out and reservations.
Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
Prepare and distribute daily reports and month-end statements.
Audit, reconcile, and transmit credit card transactions promptly.
Keep management informed of unusual events or policy deviations.
