Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic finance concepts.
• Prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work with and understand financial information and data.
• Cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Perform guest services functions (check-in/check-out, reservations, upsell calls).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
• Prepare month-end reports.
• Audit and reconcile credit cards timely.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly data processing tasks.
• Inform management of unusual events or policy deviations.
• Respond to governmental inquiries when needed.
