Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Night Auditor for the Vienna, VA area. This role blends guest service with accounting, balancing the day’s transactions and ensuring a flawless nightly close.

The ideal candidate delivers outstanding customer service, handles late-night check-ins, and maintains front desk operations while safeguarding property and finances. This is an on-site, part-time overnight position with a paid meal break.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from the day shift and close the books nightly.
• Provide overnight guest service including late check-ins and calm handling of guest concerns.
• Coordinate front desk operations: check-ins, move-outs, renewals, and reservations; answer calls.
• Inspect safety of the building and spaces; ensure adherence to standards.
• Support revenue goals by reviewing inventory and following revenue guidelines.
• Document work activity and ensure policies are followed consistently.
• Perform Laundry duties and basic cleaning of laundry facilities.
• Cross-train on duties of non-management staff and assist as needed.
• Night shift on-site commitment: stay on site until relieved.
• Paid 30-minute meal break provided during the shift.
