Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the face of the hotel, greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and delivering outstanding service aligned with Marriott and Waterford standards.

This role requires hotel experience, the ability to work the 11pm–7am overnight shift, and strong customer service with attention to detail. The position emphasizes accuracy in nightly reconciliations and guest billing while supporting smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is required.
• FSPMS experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and handle late check-ins/early check-outs.
• Perform the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions and posting charges accurately.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
• Accurately process payments (cash, cards, Marriott Bonvoy points).
• Generate nightly reports (revenue, occupancy, departmental performance).
• Review guest billing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
