Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the face of the hotel, greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and delivering outstanding service aligned with Marriott and Waterford standards.
This role requires hotel experience, the ability to work the 11pm–7am overnight shift, and strong customer service with attention to detail. The position emphasizes accuracy in nightly reconciliations and guest billing while supporting smooth operations.

The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel and plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, positive, and seamless guest experience. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with Marriott and Waterford Hotel Group's high standards.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Make a personal connection with each guest. Handle late check ins, early check outs, and guest inquires.
Perform the night audit process by reconciling and balancing daily financial transactions, ensuring all charges (rooms, taxes, incidentals) are posted correctly.
Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
Accurately process payments, including cash, credit cards, and Marriott Bonvoy points.
Generate nightly reports such as revenue, occupancy, and departmental performance to support management decisions.
Review guest billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
