Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join the Front Office team at our Bridgeton property. This overnight role balances hotel transactions, completes nightly audits, and prepares the next day’s operations for leadership.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, provide professional guest service, and be able to work independently during overnight hours including weekends and holidays. Training will cover PMS and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn PMS and financial reporting systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and financial information.
• Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional attitude during check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Post charges and handle cash following procedures.
• Enroll guests into loyalty programs when eligible.
• Respond to guest questions about amenities and services.
• Balance nightly audit and financial reports.
• Prepare reports for hotel leadership.
• Monitor safety and assist during emergencies.
