Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join the Front Office team in an overnight role. You will balance daily financials, complete nightly audits, and prepare the property for the next day while delivering professional guest service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling financial transactions and guest inquiries during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk or Night Audit is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and reports.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, promotions, and services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue.
• Accurately collect payments and process credit card transactions.
• Promote hotel loyalty programs to guests.
• Respond to guest questions about amenities and services.
• Complete the nightly audit balancing Front Office and F&B transactions.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and reports to safeguard assets.
• Close daily operations and generate financial reports for leadership.
