Job summary

SpringHill Suites Memphis Downtown is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. You’ll welcome late arrivals, perform nightly audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and prepare reports while keeping the front desk organized and guest-focused.

As the face of the hotel during the overnight hours, you’ll handle guest questions, reservations, safety procedures, and communicate updates to the morning team. Weekend and holiday shifts required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in late-night arrivals, assist with departures, and provide friendly guest service.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile daily transactions, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Monitor hotel activity and follow safety and security procedures.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and assist guests with information and local recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate important guest information and updates to the morning team.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly with good judgment.
