Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports for property transactions.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
• Promptly handle guest requests and complaints to meet expectations.
• Make reservations, check-in/check-out guests, process payments.
• Maintain cash drawer and operate office equipment; ensure safety procedures.
