Job summary

Highgate Hotels is hiring a Room Attendant at Home2 Suites Wheat Ridge in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role requires maintaining clean guestrooms and supporting spotless public areas while delivering courteous service to guests.

You will stock carts, handle linen and supplies, and report maintenance or lost items to supervision. This is a part-time, hourly position with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related hotel experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare and stock housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Vacuum hallways, public areas and closets; keep tidy.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
