Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor to balance hotel income and expenses for each 24‑hour cycle while serving as a Guest Service Agent overnight. You will open support tickets for Opera, SynXis, or system issues and help ensure accurate reporting of daily revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities include auditing room revenue, managing cash and card transactions, and assisting with breakfast setup; candidates should be capable of working mornings, evenings,

Qualifications

• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Opera property management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room, food & beverage, and telephone revenues daily.
• Prepare and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
• Assist in set up of breakfast service and hotel operations.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on services.
• Process cash and credit transactions per procedures and prepare deposits.
• Support night front desk and act as system liaison during overnight hours.
