Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda. The successful candidate will audit, balance and report across hotel outlets, ensure accuracy of front desk operations, and deliver outstanding guest service overnight in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Ideal applicants have a High School diploma or equivalent and an accounting-oriented background.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Ability to operate personal computer, cash register and calculator.
• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.
• Moderate hearing required to communicate with guests.
• Excellent speech communication skills for telephone.
• Excellent comprehension and literacy for reading daily reports.

Mansioni

• Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets cash and credit operations and reset all registers.
• Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk, room charges, taxes and deposits.
• Audit, balance and prepare room information and daily reports.
• Balance and close all bank ticket codes daily.
• Run night audit final after revenues are in balance nightly.
• Greets and completes check-in procedures for arriving guests daily.
• Facilitates guest check-out and closes accounts for next sell.
• Maintains customer relations with timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Operates the PBX equipment for wake-up calls and guest paging.
• Perform duties of Front Desk Clerk including express checkouts.
