Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a courteous Night Auditor to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, process reservations and payments, and reconcile financials during overnight hours.

You will monitor security, maintain front-office records, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies while delivering professional guest service. Weekend and overnight shifts are required, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, front desk, or night audit experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous when handling difficult situations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.

• Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and communicate any safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required front-office paperwork.
• Follow Marriott and hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Assist with light front-office duties and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
