Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Dublin is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight operations, ensure accurate nightly audits, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will handle check-ins/outs, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with security and front desk teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include completing nightly reports, handling guest requests with courtesy, and adhering to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced overnight shift.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations with courtesy.
• Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality for clock-in and adherence to shift times.
